I like how easily you can integrate it with your existing applications, such as EMR software or scheduling systems to create one seamless experience - no more having multiple apps open at once! You also have some nice reporting tools built in which are super helpful when trying to track patient information down (especially if they're all over town). It's not perfect by any means but just be aware of what things work well/what could use improvement before going live so there aren't issues during implementation & training phases. We needed something simple yet robust enough where medical staff members didn't need IT help set up accounts / passwords etc so we were able to roll out quickly while still providing them an easy way manage their team communication without needing additional tech support from us.
