Review on 🕺 Garmin fēnix 5X Plus: Multisport GPS Smartwatch with Color Topo Maps, Pulse Ox, Music, and Pay - Black (Renewed) by David Finley

I bought this to replace my Fenix 3 (not HR) that I lost during a trip to Switzerland. I found it very difficult to justify over $700 for an FR945 or Fenix 6x, but with many of the same features, this updated 5x plus ticks the price/feature bill. The "updated" watch came in rather flimsy packaging. The watch, the charging cable and the instructions were just lying around in the Garmin refurbished box. Still, everything looked brand new, with no cosmetic flaws. All watches appear to work as advertised. I think a $350 refurbished 5x plus is a steal compared to buying a new 5x plus or 6x/FR945. The newer watch is just missing a few features and they didn't make a huge difference to me. They have a lot more features than the new $350 Garmin watch. I'm very glad it was available.
