SOMETHING LIKE. Fits a 1970 Chevy 350 Corvette snugly
This is definitely a quality part and it fits my 70's Corvette 350 snugly. There are many 'stories'. Wives" about Corvette water pumps, but this one fit perfectly without needing fan gaskets. However, the pulley rubbed against the case so the back of the pulley had to be shaved off. Barely. Also, the stock bolts will NOT work because the mounts are thicker, buy them so NEW BOLTS ahead of time or prepare to get pissed, as the pads are thicker they can damage the alternator mounts (if they go to the water pump) so be aware, for me this is not the case .
