This is a good widescreen monitor with good color reproduction and a sharp picture. I used to have an iMac (with a built in monitor) and a second Dell monitor, but I recently bought a new Mac Mini that comes without a monitor. I decided to use this 34" monitor instead of dual monitors. It works fine but my goodness it's expensive. There is a BIG flaw that is Apple's fault, not this monitor's. I have Lost control of sound with the volume controls on the keyboard Apple Care Support confirms that the volume up and down keys do not work with monitors connected via HDMI or USB-C cables TIP: There is one though Hidden solution on the Apple discussion forums: Command-Up Arrow or Command-Down Arrow works the same as the volume keys on the keyboard It's not clear why Apple won't customize the main keys this way if it can.
