I bought this unit a year ago. The manual is printed in the smallest font imaginable and the instructions are incomplete. Finally I got it set up - only to find that the volume is varable so any setting it too low for some music and too high for others. The manual says the eq settings can be changed but doesn't say how to save them and refers to dynamic range settings but makes no mention of where they are or how to edit them. I have made two requests of tech support; both have been rejected - one because I didn't include the serial number (try to find it?) and the other because they said the answer exists on line or I should ask the "community." In other words, they would not answer a question about where and how the controls work. So, I'm left with a radio that I have to endure either too loud or too soft. It's a wonderful sound in the ranges that work, but in need of frequent adjustment which ruins it for listening. The tech support is appallingly bad, maybe the worst I have ever seen. I would not buy from this company again or recommend to anyone it to anyone else.
