I have 2 of these to get the stove and fridge out of the kitchen while my floors are being repaired. 1 out of 8 of them flexed on first use which unbalanced my fridge and was a major problem mid-ride. Because each wheelset is independent, whenever the ground was uneven, they would roll us under the object—like trying to roll an object over a threshold in a door. It was a nightmare. You are trying to tow a heavy object over rough terrain and suddenly you see one of the wheel sets rolling freely past your feet. bad feeling. I'd say it's probably fine for objects that are relatively light (less than 100 pounds) and clunky or bulky like a couch. But for items over 100 pounds with a flat bottom (such as a refrigerator), it's better to just tip the item back, slide a cart underneath, and tip the item onto the cart. The cart distributes the object's weight evenly over all 4 wheels and moves as a unit, while those wheels take every opportunity to roll out from under the object if the ground isn't perfectly level.
