A little smaller than expected, but I tried them for cooking small portions anyway. After 2 months of not very intensive use, the silicone mats are discolored (on both sides in the photos uploaded) and are not so easy to clean. They look too "slippery" when brushing. I soaked them in hot water and then used a sponge but the discoloration didn't come off which is fine but my silicone inserts/large trivets aren't that hard and don't discolor. I like the included stand. I've used this primarily for potato, flat pan potato pancakes. I haven't used the deep pan that came with it. It's so small I don't even know what it can be used for. I plan to buy something else that suits my needs better. In my opinion (based on silicone mats) durability - while the pans are an excellent gift option - no, I don't give that
