I have been using this software since 2014 when it was called OMSAM. It's one of those programs that you can't use without learning how things work or else there will be problems down stream. You must learn everything about what your doing before going any further in order to avoid issues later. If you do know what you are looking at then its not too hard but if you don't get training first they cant help you out either as their support staff just doesn't understand enough to assist properly. We were having some minor errors being reported back from our FMCN/FMO which we could never find through normal troubleshooting methods. This program helped us isolate where these errors originated from within the system allowing us to correct them easily instead of waiting weeks for reports from other systems.
