After several months of use, this thermometer shows a deviation of about 8 degrees. That's the difference between life and death in my aquarium: Right now it reads 84.5°F, while my other thermometer reads 75 and my meat thermometer reads 75.4. This is a HUGE deal. If only I believed the thermometer was accurate I would 100% kill my fish trying to cool my tank down to 78 which I usually like. I really can't recommend this thermometer to anyone and I really hope mine was just a fluke. Please check your thermometer regularly with others to ensure your fish stay happy and healthy.
