When I tried this product I was blown away by the quality build and the effectiveness of it. The detachable weights made it easy to adjust to my intensity level .It also helped me work on my core strength and stability. Plus, it can be used indoors, outdoors, or taken with me on the go. The only downside is that it didnt come with clear instructions, so I had to figure it out on my own.
