very well made conversion kit but beware you need to change the fitment to your own car model. So make sure you have experience with both mechanical and electrical wiring. Since my dad wanted it to be a perfect fit, this project took 2 days, about 4-5 hours a day, and he took his time. All I can do is check your switches and motors every step of the way. Once fitted to his 1993 Toyota truck, they look like they came straight from the factory. The speed is also high, about 4-6 seconds to get on or off, a little slower when going up, the same a little slower on the driver's side, but that's expected of any vehicle. I have a 2005 Hyundai Sonata in perfect condition and its windows are pretty much as fast as these, my 2012 Frontier is faster than both of those cars. If you have the time and patience I highly recommend the kit, don't rely on the instructions, they're pretty much useless except for the basics.
