The product arrived undamaged in the shipping box, but the airbrush body was somehow damaged (although the airbrush worked fine). In fact, once set up the compressor was great and we painted for about 1.5 hours. The next day, after about 20 minutes, the compressor stopped working, it makes a continuous humming/whistling, but no air is being compressed and/or supplied (there is also no pressure reading on the manometer). Although it was a great product before the failure, initially we contacted TCP Global many times and only one answer was what voltage we use (correct voltage) but we never heard from them. There is no customer service and I am concerned that I will have to pay extra money to send a defective product to a buyer at full price. I will be buying from another, hopefully more reliable company after I get my refund which is sad.
