As described. I will remove the dotted stickers because my cat will eat them if she can lick them, they peel off fairly easily. The velcro seems strong, let's see how it holds up after surgery. *Update, this is probably not the best choice for an adult cat. The plastic is too deep for them to eat and drink water. The velcro is very nice and holds well, but it doesn't let the cat continue to eat and drink, and it's problematic for her to use the litter box. I had to go back to the old one I had and it was about a half inch shorter in cone depth which was just enough for her to eat and drink easily.
