Bought twice for hand painted coasters. They worked very well the first time and seemed to last (haven't heard of anything else). Decided to order again a few weeks after Christmas to stock up my store. It took forever to arrive, no fault of anyone but definitely delayed. The second order had much better sizing consistency and allowed me to make perfect kits. Beyond that, however, the second set was terrible. Many of the cuts were very roughly cut and had shredded pieces of wood causing splinters and being very difficult to sand down, leaving an uncomfortable texture for me. There were dark spots and white spots that looked like they may have been mold at some point. Some of them had weak spots and cracks and I was afraid to use them but didn't. I don't have time to wait for another order that's back in stock and tried to use it anyway. They are very difficult to work with, they didn't look very good, even the strongest ones looked cracked in the middle after a light prep coat. It is not possible to cover the entire crushed texture. Overall I wasted a lot of time and wasted a lot of my other supplies too and I may be losing business. They are of too low quality to be made new and sold as anything else.
