The screw protrudes from the abdomen, not the perineum.
The corkscrew protrudes from the baby's tummy, not the crotch as shown here. So less of a joke gift and more of a crappy little wine corkscrew. Expect super long wait times for delivery. For some reason, it took him several months to receive this gift and it exceeded the Christmas date by several weeks, which was his original intention. Cheap plastic, cork is ok, just a misleading name. I do not recommend this.
