πŸ”΄TOP customer service πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

I bought a used device at a significant discount. The first "issue" was that I had to contact support to delete my previous account. You MUST HAVE A SERIAL NUMBERED BOX, so never throw the box away. Customer service was EXCELLENT. The assembly was very easy thanks to the good instructions. The next "problem" was that the battery drained very quickly. I emailed customer service several times before they agreed that my unit was defective. You can look at the account and see if it's working or not. As soon as it obviously didn't work, I was immediately sent a new device that WORKS GREAT. About 3 weeks ago we went on a trip. I keep it low to save battery. Today it is still 69% charged. I AM VERY HAPPY. This device does not perform real-time tracking. At the maximum setting, it sends the location every 5-7 minutes. This is common enough for my use. See my photo for a diagram. I have chosen NOT to return the defective Revain device because I got such a deal. Buying a new unit under warranty saved me 2 years of free service. I forgot the subscription price after 2 years but it seemed more reasonable than others. NOTE: ALSO AT FULL PRICE… With 24 months of service, you get essentially FREE and only pay $6.67 per month for service. Compared to much cheaper devices with monthly subscription fees, THIS IS A HUGE DEAL. Always remember that the initial "price" and the "cost" are often two very different things in the long run. The PRICE may seem higher, but the COST of this device is MUCH LOWER than other devices. Dealing with customer service, going back and forth and requesting a warranty replacement is never ideal. HOWEVER, it is important to buy from a company that offers great customer service IF you ever have a problem.
