I bought a used machine at a significant discount. The first "issue" was that I had to contact support to delete my previous account. You MUST HAVE A SERIAL NUMBERED BOX, so never throw the box away. Customer service was EXCELLENT. The assembly was very easy thanks to the good instructions. The next "problem" was that the battery drained very quickly. I emailed customer service several times before they agreed that my unit was defective. You can look at the account and see if it's working orโ€ฆ

Bad work, bad management, bad customer service.

The first device I received seemed to be DOA. There is no contact information on the website so I used Revain for a 'defective item' exchange. It worked as expected with typical Revain excellence. Unfortunately, the company itself cannot be reached. The second device activated relatively well. Unfortunately, it's not very good at location tracking. I ran some tests and took it around the Southern California area (many miles away, all within very good cellular network coverage). At the time ofโ€ฆ

Best value for money for a very well designed product on the best network (4G/5G)

TL;DR By far the best price I could find for a GPS tracker, very happy with the device and app protecting my bike. After a few days of research, I decided to take a risk and bought Invoxia. GPS device. I was looking for something that would give me peace of mind about the security of my motorcycle and I wanted something that uses a 4G/5G network. I was wary at first because I had never heard of the product or company before and with a foreign company it can be hard to tell (I live in the US). I

TL;DR By far the best value for money I could find for a GPS tracker very happy with it the device and app to secure your motorcycle. After several days of searching, I decided to take a risk and bought an Invoxia GPS device. I was looking for something that would give me peace of mind about the security of my motorcycle and I wanted something that uses a 4G/5G network. I was wary at first because I had never heard of the product or the company before and with a foreign company it can be hardโ€ฆ
