This is a really nice subtle mod that will be standard on the 2019 M2 Competition. It looks and feels like an OEM quality part. The installation was so easy that I was really surprised! All I did was, with a little work, squish one of the adhesive strips on the OEM start button and give it an hour to stick. I just pulled quickly and it came right out. I lined up the red start-stop button the same way as the previous one and it clicked into place immediately. By the way, I checked some YouTube videos of starting and stopping the installation while waiting for their arrival and they removed the entire starting mechanism. DO NOT DO THIS, just follow the seller's instructions. You are perfect.
