I love this pan! The idea of a detachable handle for this whole range of cookware is amazing. Even better is how T-fal did it. Now I'm a bit worried that the handle might get scratched at the end where you put the handle on the pan, but no problems so far. You can install it on any part of the rim of the pan! At the moment there are no problems with the handle locking. The non-stick part corresponds to the description, there are no problems with sticking! T-Fal has also put its "Thermal Point" on this pan set. Thermo-Spot is a red circle in the center with dots around it. When the dots disappear and the circle turns red, it means the ideal cooking temperature has been reached and you should start cooking what you are trying to cook. Quite an interesting feature! For those interested: This set is made in France. It seems to me that the dishes are of high quality and the price of $60 is acceptable to me. Just think how much space you save as you can remove the handle and store the pans anywhere without taking up as much space as they are more compact!
