I love this pan! The idea of a detachable handle for this whole range of cookware is amazing. Even better is how T-fal did it. Now I'm a bit worried that the handle might get scratched at the end where you put the handle on the pan, but no problems so far. You can install it on any part of the rim of the pan! At the moment there are no problems with the handle locking. The non-stick part corresponds to the description, there are no problems with sticking! T-Fal has also put its "Thermal Point"…

New approach to space-saving cookware -

Thank you for reading my review! First let me say that when I heard about the detachable handle I thought it was a cheap trick that would never work. Only time will tell, but my first impressions were quite favourable. First off, everything looks like the high quality build you've come to expect from T-Fal. I've made pancakes and french toast without the use of butter or oil, and like magic, none of them stuck to the pan. Even heat distribution was there, happy with the pan itself. Cooking is…

There's something to love and something to hate about these pans

These pans have something to love and something to hate... T fal makes a good pan and I'm not arguing the construction itself is good built and distributes heat well. I liked the idea of the detachable handle and it saves a lot of space and is greatly appreciated by anyone living in a small kitchen with limited storage space. The red dot on the indicator lets you know your pan has been properly preheated and is working well before adding food. It can work on gas stove, electric stove, glass…

  • Almost everything is there

The Expertise line is made in France and is non-stick. Easy to clean.

Tefal (or T-fal depending on where you live) came out a few years ago with the Ingenio line. The main distinguishing feature of the line is the detachable handle. A large number of options have been added to the line. I tried the Preference and Expertise sets, both of which are suitable for induction cooktops. The Preference series is made in China and the Expertise series in France. I didn't notice any difference in construction or quality of materials; The only obvious difference is that…

I've been using Tfal for a long time. I have a full set of tfal cookware and several other types of tfal pans that I have tried. When I saw this new version of Tfal I was excited to try it. When I tried them, I quickly became disillusioned. I thought the unique detachable handle would make storage easier. I wasn't planning on stacking them on top of each other as shown, but I had a feeling they would sit nicely on the pan rack and the handle wouldn't get in the way. For storage, any method is…
