ZMA helped me fall asleep and feel rested, but the next day I felt overwhelmed. I found it difficult to get up. I'm a very active person and my normal schedule is very busy and I thought ZMA would be good for me but I don't like feeling sluggish. I usually wake up at 1:15, go to the gym at 2:00, finish my workout at 4:30, cook food and get to work at 6:30, work my usual 10 hour shift and then home at 5:30 p.m. Do housework, eat dinner, spend some time with family, and then go to bed no later than 7:00 p.m. Поскольку мой мозг постоянно думает, ZMA помог мне как бы отключить его и помочь мне быстрее заснуть, но, как я уже сказал, у меня было чертовски много времени, чтобы встать в 1:15, чтобы начать свою обычную рутину, поэтому я перестал принимать That.
