Looks good right out of the box. Works well. But you have to stay there and hold the handle for it to work. Also the housekeeping is super dirty. And drips all the oil on the countertop. The item was too dirty and took too long to use so we returned it for a full refund with no issues. I would recommend they add a latch so you don't have to sit and hold it while it works. I Dossow recommend some cool pickled fruit on the floor like we have at George Foreman's so you don't end up with a mess on the counter every time you make a sandwich.
