Okay, I know this may sound strange, but we don't use these bowls for eating, we use them as a 'training bowl' for our 3 week old newborn kittens. We needed something small; and close to the ground so that they can easily reach it on their own, since they are mobile but not always stable. It's fairly thin - it's easy to warp the sides with too rough a touch. But we need it to be light and portable; also disposable if it gets too rough. So, for money; and for our purposes, they are aces! I believe this could also be a good buy for the DIY enthusiast or anyone who needs to organize small hand tools and fasteners.
