Works great, very easy to install, raised a 42" tall gate 4ft 1 1/2" without damaging anything. I gave them one star for the quality of materials as I removed the head of a screw on the top bracket very easily. As some other reviews have noted, these zinc plated screws are soft and will rust. Considering the overall quality of the product, I would easily pay a few bucks more for stainless hardened screws that last a long time and never rust. Another suggestion: Not everyone has a set of hex nut screwdrivers, so I'd prefer screws or at least threaded nuts. Great product, works better than expected and restored my private fence gate to original dimensions very easily.
