They have been very responsive to my requests, which is really important when you're talking about a software as complicated as LPC. I would like to see more training options for the staff members. Sometimes they seem a bit out of touch with the customers. It's almost like they don't always understand what we are asking for or why we are doing something certain ways. The support team is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We've found that their customer service is outstanding, and they're always willing to help us find solutions to problems.
