Great services but can improve response time

They have been very responsive to my requests, which is really important when you're talking about a software as complicated as LPC. I would like to see more training options for the staff members. Sometimes they seem a bit out of touch with the customers. It's almost like they don't always understand what we are asking for or why we are doing something certain ways. The support team is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We've found that their customer service is…

Customer Service That Won’t Stop Telling You How Pleased they Are

The customer support team is amazing! They really go above and beyond for their customers, always willing to help out when you're stuck or having trouble. I had an issue where my account was in "suspended" status (for reasons outside of my control) but still able to access everything through my admin portal. My rep helped me get back into the system so I could continue working as normal. It's nice knowing that if there's anything at all wrong, the techs will try to fix things right away instead
