I thought it would be a slow drill to make a "finger hole" in porcelain tile. (I made a tile box to cover my lawn sprinkler valves and needed a hole to lift the lid.) Make sure to make a small circle with plumbing and pour about 1/16 inch of water over where you are. I wanted to drill to keep the drill bit cool. Basically it was a tiny hole saw and it cut through 1/4 inch thick porcelain tile so fast I was amazed! However, the diamond sand on it wears out. But when it's new, it cuts right through!
