The product does not feel ergonomic in the hand, it is too wide to fit the hands properly. The system below where you open one half depending on whether you use salt or pepper is confusing. I end up removing the entire base every time I use it. When I went to refill and replace the top cap, it doesn't seat properly like it used to. It slides left and right before grinding occurs. So when you turn it to grind salt, you almost have to make an extra turn before it starts grinding. The lettering "salt" and "pepper" indicating the direction of rotation disappears as soon as you touch it during use and quickly becomes illegible. Finally, the amount of salt that comes out of one grind is VERY LOT. If you watch your sodium intake, this product is not for you!
