It works very well as described. Some say it will spill the egg, but if you drizzle oil on the egg ring and pan, let it sit for a minute or two until hot, as everyone says on here, and then pop the egg in the ring hit, it will not spill. . The egg stays and keeps its shape. It's true what it says and my kids even know how to use it with these simple instructions. They make an egg mak muffin for breakfast every day.
