I was pleasantly surprised with this product as some of the reviews were less than positive (although most were from enthusiastic users). I've found this to work very well. Of course, as with any device that digitizes prints, especially logo fonts and other odd typefaces that appear on business cards, the user sometimes needs to make minor corrections. I dropped a stack of business cards in a matter of minutes, whereas it would take an insane amount of time to enter the data myself. I am very happy that I made this purchase.
