Review on Fulton ETCHL 0700: Secure Spare Tire Carrier with Locking Bracket and Key Lock by Paul Wall

Same complaint as other reviewers. There are no nuts. Nuts are listed in the description. Don't claim what you don't provide, False advertising. If you have a Karavan 5x8 thatched roof cargo trailer, do not purchase this product unless you want to modify it. Frame A on a 5x8 trailer is only 1 1/2 wide. This product works best on a 2" wide frame. One will likely run out of threads and the difference will need to be made up with about 8 washers, a lock washer and a 1/2" nut on each side. I had to open the bracket a bit to mount the 5-hole rim. As for the lock, the lock I received looks like it's been out for 6 months, either that or Fulton will have to talk to communist China about quality control. Everyone gets what they paid for. Rather spend a little more money for a better quality spare wheel holder.
