Fits 89 Cherokee 4.0 4spd.
Works well, no leaks, lasts about 6 months. Has 2 screw holes that are smaller so they will hold the screws when you screw the pan on. I couldn't get the dipstick tube apart at the junction to remove the sump, so I unbolted the top of the dipstick tube and lowered the entire block to install the gasket.
