Great for DIY sewing thread organizers

Perfect for my needs. I made an insert out of a piece of perforated sheet metal and these dowels to hold sewing thread in a drawer in my sewing room. I cut the board to fit in a drawer, added little feet to the four corners of the board, and then used these pins to hold the different styles of carving I had. It worked great.
