Review on OTC 3834UPD Year Subscription Update by Matt Nichols

Faulty tech support out of the box is useless Customer service is useless OTC products are useless Do yourself a huge favor and don't buy OTC -Products. They sold me a defective item and they lied to send me a replacement, they took my credit card number, billed me for a new one and I haven't received anything in that time. I paid for two upgrades and I don't have one at the moment. This isn't the first time I've had issues with OTC, but it will be the last. They even gave me a prepaid UPS number to send back the defective item, when I went to UPS they said the number is not good. As a result, OTC sucks
