Matches the description completely, very satisfied.
Different pros: Ease of preparation, speed, minimum splashes as is the case with a frying pan. For a family of three, the size is suitable, there is enough food for dinner and take with you to work. Who doesn't have time to cook the most. Some cons: Price. You need to wash, wipe after each preparation, or use parchment paper, the one we bought did not fit, sticks, you need to pick it up.
