Don't listen to the negatives - this is a great cutter
For the price this is an amazing cutter. It cuts maple very cleanly with ease. Just don't overdo it with the feed rate. I have a similar tip from Amana with a purple anti-friction coating and all that fancy stuff and the tip is very noisy and doesn't cut as cleanly as this one. This Yonico bit is very quiet in comparison and makes a nice quiet crunch when cutting. Highly recommended.
