I bought it in the summer of 2013 for $11 (some cosmetic imperfections) plus some cheap new $7 grips. You can use your old pens, but the rubber on mine has started to degrade. I'm 6.1, 200 pounds and again this was a big upgrade! This is a whole new experience.
