I will buy the best watch.
There is a rubber ring on the dial to cover the dial element. It has come loose and is now rolling around inside the watch, covering parts of the dial and making it difficult to read. I was hoping it would be an inexpensive watch that would last a while. Not only is it inexpensive; it's cheaply made.
