Review on 🔪 Wüsthof Knife Sharpener - Black Plastic, 1-Pack: Efficient Sharpening Solution by Kelly Kunkel

Got this and step 4 as I just bought a new set of Wusthof knives and wanted to try both. I thought I needed a 4th step, but the entire Wusthof line, at least in my 25 piece set that includes almost all of their knives, has a 14 degree blade bevel. There's nothing wrong with the 4th stage, of course, and it fits some Japanese knives with a different blade grind, but it's plastic and significantly lighter. If you only have the Wüsthof line, I would highly recommend this one. Its handle is mainly made of metal, uses the same material as the knife handle, and fits knives perfectly. I also find it easier to at least hold and feel more natural.
