Received my package as expected and the wheels looked fine. But my first night at the rink tonight (smooth polished wood grain laminate) should have been off the floor in no time. 4 of the 8 wheels shook my legs so much it hurt. Along with the terrible noise coming from them. The bearings were also difficult to rotate. I even tried adjusting the screws holding them in place but to no avail. So now I have 4 good wheels and 4 wheels that vibrate and are unusable. (Update) The seller is working with me to resolve the issue. These guys go all the way with satisfaction and I'm really happy with the customer service, that's for sure! The seller said once we figured it out he will immediately send a new item if the problem persists. Crossed fingers! :)
