Will NOT work on self-sealing can

Refrigerant ahead of self-sealing can 134a will not flow through valve. I went to Autozone to see if the valve they were selling would work and it did. I opened the valve and there was rust or corrosion on the stem. Be careful buyers. There is no quality control for this product. Very disappointed.
