Projector is bright and picture worthy for DLP.3D WARNING, this projector has an annoying green screen (picture shown) that appears before a distorted 3D image. You must pause the 3D movie. Turn OFF the projector, then turn ON the projector and it will clean it. Optima has no idea what's going on (never seen before). They expect me to send the projector in for repair after I just bought a new one from Amazon! Did you think they would replace him? NO! And customer service only directs you to fill out a standard repair form instead of possibly helping in that particular situation. They do not care! The projector will also lose its zoom and focus position after a few weeks, so don't install it in hard-to-reach places. I recommend looking for other options. Despite its good looks, this projector was a huge disappointment to me. UPDATE --- The remote control is very annoying. It takes five or six times to turn the projector on and off because some genius placed the reception sensor on the bottom of the projector instead of the front! I figured it out but now it's annoying enough to add this as I've lost patience and want to throw the remote at the wall every time. This has nothing to do with the plastic film on the sensor! I removed it from day one! To update! The remote control is still annoying nonsense! 28.01.218.01.21 I noticed a few scattered dark pixels on my projection screen. That's crazy for a projector that's just over a year and a few months old. The only solution I explored was to replace the chip, which could cost up to $150. SEE THE NEW IMAGE IN BLUE - those tiny pixels are slowly turning black! After 1 year! Look elsewhere!
