Review on KMC 10 CR Missing Link (Set of 6, Silver) by Aaron Schultz

If your links come in a box like the one pictured above, return them NOW! You can't hang her on a chain, why? Well, in photo 2 you can see that I had to push the pin in. It was misaligned by 0.003 inches! Also, there are no chamfers on the leading edges of the links compared to previous production. These links are inferior to expensive KMC chains. I hope these buggy things don't leave drivers stuck in the middle of nowhere, especially if you need an arbor press with special tools to get the job done. I'm fortunate to have some old production references. My new chain also came with one of those bad links. How bad is that! KMC, go back to the previous production with these links!
