I liked this unit until the message "fingers” broke through the cloth foot insert. Can’t really use it now without being in pain and I can’t seem to find a way to replace the cloth part. Lots of $ for 1 year use:(Update: So, I contacted Miko and after a while they responded and sent me replacement "socks". When I went to install them I realized there are several layers buffering the message nodules and all of them had been worn away. So, I wrote back to them with a photo and description of the layers being worn through and they replied with a return label for the entire unit to be sent back and they would "repair" it.
