Everything works as advertised EXCEPT WIRELESS PRINTING! In fact, this device seems great, and I just randomly picked it from my cable provider's list of approved devices. However, it periodically (and unpredictably) resets the ability to print to a wireless printer (HP ENVY 4500). Windows and Mac devices simply send items to the print queue where the print requests reside. The only way to get them to print is to reboot the router. Once this happens everything seems to print fine for a while. This happens every day and I can't determine what condition is causing the inability to print. Other iOS devices just go into a mode that displays the message "No AirPrint printers found". You can also force them to start printing again, but this requires a restart of the device. Anyway, my attempts to solve this problem via online support with TP-Link were unsuccessful. I just phoned them hoping that would be the best way and I was wrong. They were totally incompetent. If you like the printer challenge, take this babe! Will keep guessing. And when your spouse looks up to you as a full-time techie, your inability to provide reliable and predictable printing from every device in the house will often test your relationship, so that's good!
