It's easy for new users who have no experience with this type applications, as well it has all important features that I need in my business (maintenance management software). There are some minor issues but nothing serious or hard-to fix by myself - just continue using your normal routine until fixed :) Have not encountered something negative yet so far! We use SMIS mainly because we don't want our clients/customers having different systems / apps than us when they ask about their vehicle status after service visit etc., which may lead them into confusion if there will be differences between what was said during phone call vs SMS message from SMA system afterwards. Also makes reporting much easier compared to other solutions used at time before implementing smis services like PPMiS + others out ther.
