Review on Beck Arnley 180 0601 Crank Sensor by Tim Wheeler

I bought this replacement for my 2006 Audi A6 C6 3.2L FSI. The swap went smoothly, although access to the sensor was a little tricky and the car seemed to run fine for a few minutes until the car started making a very high pitched squeak and immediately lost a lot of engine power. I hobbled home when she seemed to be stuck in first gear. A few days later I finally took the time to remove the sensor and it was about 1/4 inch old. This is frustrating for me as the sensor was supposed to fit my car and turned out to be exactly the same as the original. Do not buy this sensor, it is a waste of money and not the same size as the original part. It probably caused other problems with the car that I have yet to encounter.
