Review on 💻 NETGEAR CM500 Cable Modem: High-Speed and Reliable Internet Connectivity by Ralph Foster

I have the best internet in the spectrum up to 400 Mbit/s and get about 15-50 downloads. I bought this modem and also got my own router so I wasn't tied to their refurbished junk that I had to replace every few months. This modem was working fine about a month ago and then my internet stopped working about every hour. Then it got worse every 3 minutes and it was so uncomfortable. I replaced it with the spectrum modem I had before and my internet was back to normal. However, when I received this modem, I didn't notice much of a difference in latency or speed compared to the refurbished spectrum modems I've used. I have an ASUS router (AC-3100) which is excellent. Overall I wouldn't waste money on this modem as I haven't had any support from them for over a year. I thought the modem should work longer. It's not a terrible product, just nothing special and it didn't last long on me.
