I love that this pan has two different cooking surfaces. I mostly use the flat side. The heat is evenly distributed in the pan. The finish is a good non-stick surface if I clean and oil thoroughly between uses. The pan isn't as big as I thought it would be. I was hoping it would cover two burners on my stovetop so I could use both at the same time. It's not quite enough, so I only use it with one burner at a time. The handles are easy to grip with oven mitts when the pan is hot. It can go to my oven if I need to finish cooking there. All in all, I'm glad it exists. This is a nice addition to my current cookware.
