This slicer feels good and heavy in the hand. Adjust the thickness of the slice by adjusting the angle of the handle to the cheese. Suitable for soft cheese. Not very suitable for medium-hard cheeses such as Swiss. The wire bends a bit when trying to cut even on the 1/2 inch end of the wedge. There is no way to increase the tension of the cable. The wire is quite thick, which offers more resistance when cutting. Only recommended for soft cheeses. I'm still looking for the good old cheese cutter that actually works.
